Pittsburghers, mark your calendars: Mother’s Day is this Sunday! Luckily, we put together a list of great places to take mom this weekend to celebrate.
1. The Capital Grille
Endless mimosas for $12? Count us in! We are so excited for the Mother’s Day brunch at The Capital Grille. Enjoy items like smoked salmon, a savory lobster frittata and filet mignon. 2. Mother’s Day Wine Walk
Saturday afternoon seems like the perfect day for this event, a self-paced and self-guided wine tour of Squirrel Hill. Check out all the wonderful retail Squirrel Hill has to offer while sipping on delicious wine. The fun begins at 4 and lasts until 8 p.m. May 13th. 3. Mom’s the Word Pup Friendly Event
Dog moms unite! This fun day of celebrating at Wigle Whiskey Barrelhouse & Whiskey Garden will be on Mother’s Day from 2-6 p.m. There will be a mom and pup photo booth, food truck, delicious food for moms and dogs alike! 4. Slopeside Brunch at Seven Springs
Escape for a springtime jaunt to Seven Springs resort for a Mother’s Day brunch from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be traditional brunch fare and this year includes an expanded seafood selection (think juicy Maine lobster tails and oysters). 5. Visit ESSpa Kozmetika Organic Skincare

7. Wings Over Pittsburgh
For the first time in years, the Wings Over Pittsburgh event is back! Head to the 911th Airlift Wing in Moon Twp. for the jaw-dropping aerial displays. The fun will last May 13th and 14th, so think about making plans now! For more information on the event click HERE.
