Saturday Oct. 7th

Run Shadyside

This 5k and one-mile family fun walk lets you explore the streets of Shadyside, enjoy a pancake breakfast and support the Boys and Girls Club of Shadyside. The race starts at the intersection of Ivy and Walnut Streets. $5-$30, for more information on the race click HERE.

Doors Open Pittsburgh

It was such a success last year, the event is happening again! Doors are opened to some of Pittsburgh’s most majestic buildings that are in the Strip District, Downtown, or on the North Side. Decide what buildings you want to see—reservations aren’t required. Once inside you’ll get a guided or semi-guided tour or possibly be allowed to explore on your own. Equus

The play that Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe starred in overseas comes to Pittsburgh. Dubbed “one of the most sensational plays in Broadway history,” Equus is now a modern classic. It tells the story of a teenage stable hand who commits a terrible crime. Kids Day at Schenley Plaza
